This workshop gives participants a clear understanding of anxiety, how and why it is triggered and its effect on our bodies. By gaining a better insight into anxiety, we are able to learn how to identify and then manage thoughts and feelings that can increase it. This ‘from the inside’ approach is likely to have a more long-lasting effect than the usual stress-management tools on their own.
Facilitated by experienced psychotherapist Daniela Nicol, the workshop group is encouraged to be accepting and non-judgmental of each other. This creates an environment in which participants can feel safe to share their thoughts and emotions.
