You communicate effectively and can ensure that your needs are being met. Being self-confident means that you value your abilities and trust your own judgement. In short – you like and respect who you are.
This 3-hour workshop will help you gain an understanding of what may be stopping you from feeling self-confident. You will learn how to identify your strengths and start valuing them.

The course is delivered by Daniela Nicol, a qualified and experienced counsellor and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). Alongside her private counselling practice, Daniela runs regular workshops and courses on anxiety, anger management, assertiveness and self-confidence.
